  • malahandra you must work for deal days, if me and all these other people say they did this to us why would we go out the way to lie on the company. like i said it asked for my credit card info time i typed it in and hit enter it said thanks for your purchace never once did it show me payment options. nor did it allow me to buy anything. and i called deal days for a total of three weeks never got anyone. when i finally did the woman that answered. didn't care about my money getting taken for nothing. also i asked her to cancel my membership that i never signed up for. she claims she did but i told her i wanted a comfirmation number stating that it was canceled she never sent me any conformation. so i had to get my credit card changed cause my bank says they still had authority to take more money from my account. so you must work for them malahandra and thats my experience with them and dont need you to come here trying to make it seem like im liying about my experience when there are tons of people on here that this happened to. so i guess your going on everyones page writting your comments to help out your shady comapny. so like i said people beware, dealdays.com is a shady company. and stole my money and lots of other peoples money.

  • Signing up is free, but you HAVE to choose a membership package in order to grab deals. I'm not sure why you weren't directed to the dealday website first like I was, but if you look in the "How it works" section of dealday.com, it states that one of the steps in order to grab deals is you have to pick a membership package.

  • Signing up is free, but you HAVE to choose a membership package in order to grab deals, it says so right in the "How it works" section of their website. I'm not sure what you mean by "deals weren't available to purchase" but I did see where they state how the three membership deals work. The $29.99 membership that you purchased only allows you to receive a savings of "up to 50%" and a monthly savings of $500. If the item you wanted was more than 50% off or that would have bumped your monthly limit for savings above $500, the site would have blocked you from purchasing that item. So say that an Ipad 2 deal was $20.00, that is 95% off it's retail value ($400.00), so you would have been blocked. I haven't signed up yet, haven't even filled out the free account page, but I did read their different sections, including their "Help" section.

  • I too was misled! They cancelled my "membership" immediately when I contacted them, but refuse to give credit back for $99...stating of course that I should have read all pages of the terms and conditions! They are correct. I should have read all the pages. However, I still feel as though I was misled and if you as a business are going to charge someone $99 A MONTH...it most certainly should be on page one and in bold letters! I will be contacting the better business bureau and the attorney generals office.

  • The same thing has happened to ME!! I've had a tracking # since 7/1/13 and still NO activity!!!! I'm so pissed!! Took my money 15 days ago and still no IPAD!!! I've called them at least four times with no real answer....Just, "it will be shipped out tomorrow". Well tomorrow never seems to come:( If I don't see something ship in the next 2 days, I'm calling my CC company and nailing them for fraud!
