  • If u paid by credit card. Then call customer service and complain about it that it is fraud and please if you want your money back then do not hold any thing back. CC issued by good companies have protection against fraud. If you paid thru your bank then banks also carry the same protection as well. Zero liability to the customers. It has to be reported immediately. Good luck. Now if you recover your losses then u need to spread the word to other who have been scammed. Collectively we can kill this business of scams

  • this happened to me too. They offered me 2 free months in the same crap that did nothing for me. I hope something happens soon. If I didn't need the money - do they really think I would've been on the site in the first place. I need that money back in my account. I told them on the phone that I should call the better business bureau on them

  • I have done an investigation w/my bank & have done a Charge Back 2 where my funds have been given back 2 me while my bank contacts the Merchant account they use. Doing a charge back against a merchant would possibly make them lose the ability 2 charge NE CC in the future & prevent them from attaining another Merchant acct. This is something I know from 7 yrs of charging CC's. U lose the Merchant account it puts U on a black list jeopardizing getting another. Ur CC company or ur bank if U used ur debit card will place a STOP on ur account from the reoccurring charges... DO THE CHARGE BACK ASAP list all the charges including the stupid Int'l charge when these Thieving ASSHOLES R in Vegas!!! Let me know how it goes, Michael :-) Respectfully, Denise M Mercuri

  • Did they stop taking money each month? I just noticed they nailed me for another $57.93; man was I pissed! I called my bank and got them stopped form receiving anymore, but I haven't been able to recoup any charges...this is so frustrating; I feel violated and dishearten by the actions of people like this, they have no honor and no regard for the people they are supposedly helping...hold a gun to my head because at least then I know I'm being robbed.

  • When I bought the Grant Assist CD is was supposed 2 B FREE!!! The $2.97 was 4 S/H only!!! Then I got an email saying while I was waiting 4 the CD I could get started by logging in2 the website. So by clicking on the link it automatically logged me on & nowhere was there a terms & agreement section, so I browsed all the icons thinkin' I'd get back 2 it this wkend when I had time... Then 2Day I C a charge on my back acct 4 $57.93!!!! WTF!!!???? I call them, they say I agreed 2 the terms when I paid the S/H fee... R U Kiddin' me? I never even got a receipt, but did get an email thanking me 4 my order, that was the email I spoke about above! And they said I'm not getting my $57.93 back nor the $2.97 S/H fee & I've never received the CD & some other stupid Int'l fee of $0.08. THIS IS MAJOR THEFT!!!! Bad Business Practices & Non~Disclosure BS!!!! I'm gonna get my $$$ back or my Pre-Paid Attorney will have 2 send them a nice little formal legal document! Son's of Bitches!!! Stealing our hard earned dollars!!!

  • The information on the CD that you never received can be found on the government websites. These people give outdated infomation and charge you for it. There are companies that are legit that do the same thing. They offer to send you all the information with leads, answers, the whole works. The only problem is that the information is outdated and they don't tell you that you can get all the information for free from the government websites and you pay nothing. If there is a phone number call them and also call your bank or credit card company and dispute this. They will stop payment while the dispute is going on. Hope this helps.
