  • I am having the same problem with this company. I thik they comes into our computers and we become Bot Nets and they can send out spam from our computer. Luckily Wells Fargo Fraud operation center is being very helpful - not charging the account and helping me.
    I am embarrassed I was such an IDIOT to let someone into my computer. I don't know hwat they have geaned from my persobal infomation!

  • Hi before I begin, let me confirm that I work for the same company. actually its a group of companies operated by same people.
    following companies are operated by same group of people:-
    1)pc cleaner
    2)pc power speed
    3)reg clean pro
    4)systwaek
    5)superior tech help
    6)tech live connect
    8)lavasoft(new addition to their group)

    And I want to tell you that the company where i work charge a big amount for their customers,
    and even after paying a big amount their issue remains unresolved because of following reasons:-

    1) most of the technicians working their aren't skilled enough to fix computer issues

    2) tehnicain is not able to give enough time to on a customer's computer because at one time, technician is handling atleast 4-5 customer's computer and at the same time he is talking some other customer over the phone and he have to make an entry in database at same time. so if a technicain is skilled enough to fix computer issue because of the work pressure he is not able to perform efficiently

    And now a days they have change their refund policy, you can call them and tell them your issue is still unresolved that is why you need refund, they will try to convince you, don't listen to them insist on refund, after trying their best they will release your refund.

    Don't talk to them regarding your issue, just insist on refund and stick to, and you will get your refund.

    You can share your computer issues with me and i will try my best to help you out.

    Also I am in the process of starting a service,( I am almost done with it) to help people who don't know much about computers.
    Because I everyday I see lot of people have paid a big amount to my company and their issue is still unresolved
    So just get your refund from them and while calling them for refund, don't talk about your computer issue and don't allow them to take remote access of your computer because it will waste 2-3 hours of your time.

  • tech live connect is a company which provides technical support to people facing any issues with computer.
    currently tech live connect offers technical support in collaboration with three companies.three companies are:-
    1)pc cleaner pro
    2)superior tech help
    33)pc power speed, reg clean pro

    the working of tech live connect and other three companies is little complicated.
    I won't be able to explain their working here.
    But the fact about tech live connect is that tech live connect is affiliated with Microsoft, the realty is that computer technicians at tech live connect don't know much about computers.
    and most of the time they are clueless when customer is havig any complicated issue.
    I worked for the company pc cleaner pro via which tech live connect is offering technical support at very high prices.
    And when i was working there i found that there are lot of people who are facing issues with their computers and they don't know much about computers.
    while working at tech live connect/pc cleaner pro i realized that computer technicians over there are not skilled enough to fix computer issues.

    In case of an complicated issue they are clueless, sometimes i have also seen in this thing in case of an normal/simple issue but the only difference was that issue was commence or it was an new issue.
    so to help people on their computer issues I am in a process of launching a service to fix their computer issues so that people don't fall for these scam companies.
