Please know that it is our practice to speak with the registered account holder on the phone to address issues in an appropriate forum, verify specific account information, and discuss alternative subscription options.

    In all fairness, you were advised at the time you signed up for your subscription based service of the automatic renewal. Our newsletter service is designed to renew automatically to ensure you do not inadvertently miss out on any financial or health related information, to which you are subscribed. A few days before the renewal is scheduled to activate, we notify the contact information associated on your account so that you can contact us back to stop the charge, should you wish to.

    We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you may have experienced in relation to dealing with a Customer Service professional, while we were attempting to help you understand or make changes to your account. We are especially concerned with this aspect of your concern, as we do not have anyone by that name.

    In most cases, refunds are processed the day after your request is received. We do our best to set your expectations accordingly, as there can sometimes be a 3-business day delay between when our refund is issued and when your bank allows those funds to be visible. It is concerning that after all of this time, neither you nor your bank has any record?
