  • Hi "Sharmella" This is Tom at EWW. Funny I did a data search on all orders going back more than 3 & 1/2 years and cannot find anyone named "Sharmella". I take care of customers needs, concerns and problems at EWW. We have a 30 day money back guarantee on ALL of our tablets and this entry talks about damaged boxes in delivery and then blames the company for it. USPS needs to be looked at here and how they scam and lose packages in shipping. I find it hard to believe that "Sharmella" didn't return her tablets for replacements or a refund which we honor even if the post office breaks the tablet in shipping.

  • "Mary K"??? What an original name. Do you sell cosmetics? This is Tom with EWW. I just did a search of sales records going back to November 11, 2009 and There is no lady with a last name beginning with "K" having ever placed an order with EWW. All of our sales are legitimate and we do have a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our tablets, no questions asked. I wonder who you work for "Mary K"???

  • I finally received my Capacitive Tablet and it took nearly a month for me to get it. I still do not like the way they do business. The tablet is difficult to set sometimes. It will go into Chineese language instead of English. The manual is so tiny I don't see how anyone can read it. I did receive everything I ordered. I am not satisfied with the wifi on the tablet. I can be 6 to 8 feet away from my wifi/router and it will not keep a signal for me to use the internet. Otherwise, I do like the tablet also it's size and design, and the case with the keyboard. I only need to be able to connect to wifi. Otherwise I don't know what to say.
