  • Very similar experience.... I was dealing with Devon Pendergraf (Clarke), and Ajay (unknown last) from LHC. When I felt the process was not going as apart of the contract, I was told that I failed to to "communicate" with LHC which would void the contract. I then spoke with Ajay about the situation in which he stated he was in charge and agreed to take over my file. Ajay stated he would call me in a few days; however, no calls or emails were received. I called the office, but to my suprise the lines were disconnected, and no emails were responded.

    I drove to confront them at the office, SUPRISE again, the office was a UPS store. After everything, i was scammed for 3818.56

    Which is weird, becuase the company actually helped one of my friends obtain a loan modification. That is the only reason why i even attempted the company in the first place.
