- I was also told that I would receive a gift card with my name on it and that I could purchase brand name items only. Later I received a coupon card to print out coupons and they acted clueless once I called them on it. I am currently waiting for a refund and still haven't received it. This is totally a form of FALSE ADVERTISING.....

- I had the same thing happen to me, and the sad part is I really needed the help with that. I'm a working mother trying to get by and JFS will no longer help my family food wise because they say we make to much. even with us living paycheck to paycheck and some bills having to be late just so we can get food for our son, I don't see how we make too much. So yes, even the $19.95 they scammed me with, hurt badly!
