  • i called and finally someone answered.
    i had to pay for two shippings, after a long phone call, i got them to refund 60 dollars, but i couldn't get the first payment of $89.99 back, which i think is ridiculous.
    i had to agree to that because it was an insanely long conversation and was tired of speaking with different people that would say different things.
    the first person said they could only give 10 dollars refund, the second, 20 dollars, and finally, after threatening with going to court, they offered the 60 dollar refund.
    it's not all, but at least i got something back.
    keep calling, at some point they will answer, threaten with court... it was like saying magic words.

  • i'm sorry but the same thing happened to me, and there was no warning that i would be charged. i even double checked because it was weird.
    i have been trying to call but no one answers the calls.
    i can't afford such an expensive cream.
    had i known of this, i would've never ordered the free sample. i got it, but never used it.
    you do not provide information on the 14 days trial. you changed your website since the last time i checked it, about a month ago.
    i never agreed on getting a second shipment, there is no way to stop it online, which is ridiculous, since you accept orders online.
    please let me know how i can return the creams, both first and second shipments, and get my money back.

  • Do more research!? How do you think I found this website? Yes, I did notice that your company is very active on this site which is pathetic because your company seems more hell bent to be on the defense of every complaint then to answer your phones or respond to emails. I DID call during business hours several times and I DID leave a message with my number and I DID send an email only to get an automated response so don't tell me that I didn't give your company a chance.

    Once again, I ordered the SAMPLE, not the trial. I shared a screen shot of this with my original complaint if you care to take a look at it. Your site is very deceiving and I say this as an educated woman who up until now can detect a scam a mile away.

    Thanks to your scam company I have had to cancel my card. Your meaningless apologies to myself and all the other consumers on here are meaningless. I'm still reporting this to the BBB and I hope that others that read this do the same.

    I apologize that you might not have reached us during peak hours. Had you left us a message or gave us a chance to resolve your problem you would have had this resolved right away. You could have also emailed us which is responded to within hours. If you notice our company is very active on this site and respond to all issues. If you would still like a refund for your product please give us a call, youll have to cancel the bank chargeback in order for us to process the refund. I apologize for any issues you might have experienced.

    Also, please realize you did purchase the trial, which is a try before you buy platform. The system is automated, gives you 14 days from your order date to try the product and then are charged for it. Even with that said we are still willing to give you a full refund and keep the product. Please give us a call to resolve the issue, we are in office from 9am to 7pm and also answer emails and voicemails.

    Im sorry you had an issue. Your account has been refunded today. A simple call inquiry about your refund or the product delivery back to us would have resulted in a full refund, which I went ahead and completed.

    We pride ourselves in customer service and respond to all inquires here on scambook, even the ones that do not warrant a post we will post to. So you have been refunded, next time when ordering online please be aware and make sure to read terms and conditions that companies present you with. No where on our webpage do we present a sample, we offer consumers a trial, try before they buy. Its listed in multiple places all over the website. I apologize that you had a negative experience. The refund should post within a day.

    That makes no sense at all, you sent for the trial package, but then you said you did not send for this. Please call our 1-877 number or email our support team to help you out. We cannot help you if you post things that make no sense or have no reason.

    Your trying to get your money back, but post Anonymous and don't try to contact us doesn't give us much to work on to try and resolve your issues. You did agree to the 89.99 when you placed your order. You agreed to the terms and conditions that are clearly posted all over the website that after 14 days if you do not call we consider you to be happy with our product and will be billed to keep it.

    You can reach us at anytime via email at our support email or even call our 1-877 number to be taken care of. If you checked the other complaints you would notice that we take all of our customers very serious and only want them to be happy.

    If you would like to have your account handled please reach out to us for a refund.

    We apologized to you for the mixup, refunded your card, and are still sending you the product free of charge. Its to bad you still felt the need to file a complaint. We hope you enjoy our product for free. We did explain the accidental billing, you weren't scammed, you were refunded. Why damage a companies reputation when their was a mistake made and handled accordingly.

    Im sorry that you had an issue. I don't think you would order something from amazon.com and then if it were stolen and they request you file a complaint or contact usps you would file a complaint against them.

    Our product is not sent regular mail, its sent delivery confirmation, the mailman has to digitally scan the product when its delivered. So im not to sure what to think when you say like lost socks. If you were selling a product online and the consumer had your product and claimed it lost or stolen how would you handle the situation?

    We do have people who steal our product, who claim to never have it and then the next moment saying they will send the product back.

    If you would like the issue resolved please contact me personally and I will refund your account. Please email us or call again. Im sorry you had such an issue, we generally care about our customers and have encountered consumer fraud which has made us have to tighten our security. We follow all procedures and in our terms even state that we arent responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, but generally will give a refund if the consumer is atleast willing to give one call to the post office to find out if they maybe have it. Products cost money, our economy is built on a system of goods and services in which we pay for.

    So once again, we apologize or any issue you might have encountered. We do care, so give us a call once again.

  • Sorry you have been wronged, please feel free to email us, [email protected]. We would offer you a refund had you talked to us or given us a chance. You did agree to the terms which state at the end of the 14-days you will be charged for the month supply you received. If you contact us or email us we will refund your account still. Our number one goal is to make sure your happy!
