  • Same here. Many calls to 866-922-9524. Say refund request processed. Not issued though. L&M in Palm Harbor is a UPS mailbox. Traced the real address through Fl Corporations as L&M Enterprises 1290 Pineridge Circle East #121G2. No name. I have contacted the BBB. They already have an F rating. Contacted the FTC, and reported on scambook.com and ripoff report.com. Will continue with AG in FL. I started a Facebook page for them if you want to put in your story. My Payday Builder.com. The latest story is that there is a computer glitch and IT will be putting in all the claims one at a time. Really? IT mustn't be too computer savvy. These people are thieves. Search mypaydaybuilder.com on scambook. Maybe we should all start sending letters to their home, and neighbors. Will continue to track down the thieves.

  • Yeah, my wife and I applied for a personal loan online, were approved through a legit website and then we get an email from a company called mypaydaybuilder.com that said they were charging a one time application fee of $30. We NEVER signed up on this website and there's nothing in our loan paperwork that suggests the legit company gave our info out. They waited a week and a half to deduct the $30 this week. They are scammers. Paytrix E-Transact is a company that is used by many other companies that deduct money/payments from accounts. Somehow this mypaydaybuilder website got our info and had this $30 charged to our account.

I have called this place twice this week and spoken to 2 different people who swear that we will be refunded this money. I told them this is fraud and a felony and they just keep changing their stories and repeating the same crap over and over. I already filed a complaint through IC3's government website for fraud. I'll be calling Paytrix here shortly.
