So once again , u refund me first and my bank will drop dispute.
Also fraurd squad said that u ( cashfinders ) should follow procedgre and should not be contacting me direct and as u have 45 days to respond to visa then whats ya problem. If u have the proof but hey so do i, was just thinking if i can forward an email to this site from txtloan.com which states epm have been impersonating them and that they have reported epm to office of fair trading.
This is mean for cashfinders if they are looking.

Not worth writing to as they won't reply coss i know as they did to me !
The only way to get your money back is to phone your bank and dipute the transaction, what they did is fraurd so ask for the fraurd department at your bank and don't take any shit.
I had my money back within 3 days of starting a dispute and got all the phone calls and text's from EPM and be warned , they will ask u to drop or stop the disputed transaction and refund u but do not do this as once u have stopped a disputted transaction , u cannot dispute it again ! and thats what they want.

Also u can contact your local office of fair trading and they will help.
You can also contest the transaction with your bank and if card was a visa u should get your money back.
Be warned , u must write to them in 14 days of this happening and good luck , still waiting to see if i get mine back.
1 last word of advice , cancell your debit card as they may well try again.
