- my credit card company want proof of purchase, which , of course, I don't have.I have no idea how to contact this company or even have an email address so that my company can see I have tried to contact them.Any ideas anyone?

- I don't have proof of purchase because once I entered my card details(Doh) everything disappeared from the screen and the money had been taken.

- Same as everyone else...I got a pop-up on my computer saying that Microsoft Essentials has expired and no longer protecting my computer from viruses, etc. I had to pay for Microsoft Essentials now...$59.95 for one-yr. subscription, $69.95 for two-yr. subscription, and $79.95 for lifetime subscription. Paid the $79.95 in USD (that's why the difference), and now I find out it's a scam?
