  • Everyone with the Back office,,Web,site and leads scam. I spoke with the FTC yesterday after reading there rules concerning the 3 day rule of cancelation. It appears that there are some cases where this is made exempted. The biz is supposed to give you two written copies of cancelation and the contract is supposed to morrow the presentation,,and if all contact is done over the phone and computer and in your home . They have used the 3 day right of cancelation and held it over our heads and even the credit card company falls for there contract. .....go to FTC web page and do a search on the cooling off period then research. I plan to file a complaint at them on the FTC web site. Don't give up that's what they want. Yesterday I spoke with someone about my leads and the progress, he stated will you have the web site,for one year suppose we will wait till Dec. take a look at it then. Yea right....

  • Search for key words, so far JST Merchant Service, Top Choice Merchant, the Blue Northern Alliance Group, Business Solutions, Inc. Olds mar, FL, Boco Raton, FL, Texas, NY, Ny.... Check LLCs in state, check business licenses telephonic lic. Any one have money to get these creeps, please step up, we are all broke. If scam book could put this together, we could make a difference. Sit up a web site or social media, so we could discuss out situations. Are you MAD, I know I am........I am sick of hearing of ways not to get scammed. I've been scammed. NOW WHAT'!,,,,,!,,,,,,!,,.

  • Back office, lead buys, company sits you up with an internet site first. Promises big profits quick.
    These scams have different company names, different character names, but there is an on going pattern. They are stealing big money from people who are disabled old, and desperate need to make
    Money. These are the best of the best con artist. I feel like there is a group,of about 8 men and 4 women. They have got to trip up,somewhere. They move in fast, change characters, change LLCs, any scam about 4 people out of thousands of dollars. I've reported my company to the ic3, you all need to do the same. Google map the address, a Google the business, Spokeo, also helps.
    But we can't let this keep happening. I've been researching for two months now and they are disappearing and reinventing themselves quick. They've got to misstep soon. I don't think we will ever see our money. But, let's not give up. Wow, I lost 12,000. You lost 60,000, another lady lost 5000$ etc.
    It's just ashamed. We were all so gullible. Don't hide your head in the sand write your attorney general
    Consumer affairs. Everything..... I am beginning to feel tired and sick. But, this site if it is worth a grain of salt should be able to put these similar complaints together. Because I have. It's the same pattern. It starts in Mariposa, County, Arizona, Mesa, etc, mine moved into FL, NY, and Texas, so, tells me something......they are traveling, on our money and ripping people in more than one state...... Oregon, has kicked one company out and implies heavy fines were in place, but I wish someone from the state would inform us out here how the court system found them.....it's the same people. Must be nice, but, I don't think I could sleep at night. I have not scammed anyone but I awake thinking what a fool I've been. My money is so tight. Chase bank gave them my CC money and. 55$ in interest each month on top of 170$ monthly payments. I won't be able to buy medication, food,
