  • Its almost a year now but maybe this will be helpful. I bought purse , luggage and shoes ffrom the same website through yourspay. Incially I thought it was ascam. I almost ddies cos that was my hard earn money....I wrote various letters and after days I got reply from the shop owner...I have my purse and everything I purchased. I even lost my purse in thhe course of delivery but they refunded it...contact customer service through this email address. [email protected] him your issue and giive him refrences..he is a kind mand from the way I was attended. Don't blame the site , blame their payment method. Louisvuitton page is very through talking from my experience..he will post your item to you without any additional. But please don't trust yourspay again..I heard they are scam...I pray it helps all the best

  • Hi there to all that payed money through yourspay. I ordered a dress on the 16th january 2013 i immediately new that something wasnt right when i went into check when delivery would be i couldnt make contact. But i sent a email to cs.yourspay.com outlining that i wanted my refund after reading on scambook the complaints i told them i new they where scaming people and that they did reply back and said that i would receive a refund in 10 to 30 days i didnt think i would get a refund but they did on the 31st january so i was lucky enough what i can say is keep emailing them letting them know about them scaming people and a refund might work goodluck and i hope this helps
