  • I experienced a similar experience. I did a google search on their phone number 1-315-288-3008 and came across your post. However, it was a different site http://www.katherinebridal.com. I only IM'd Sophie and then called the phone number today. They didn't "hear" me when I asked who I was speaking with. She only started to hear me when I asked about the dress. The area code in NY but the charge is from China. There goes $171. Now I'm going to be in a rush to find a place I do trust. I thought weddings are supposed to be happy, but its becoming stressful.

  • Same thing happened to me. I did not realize I was ordering from foreign company. Sent email. I received reply saying "please do not worry". I haven't seen my dress yet either. I was charged more than I was told it would be and also a foreign exchange fee. I called my cc company and they said they will dispute it if not received within another week or so. Did you notice they said that items could be caught up in customs - meaning you are never going to see it. Good luck!

  • I ordered four pair of supra shoes at www.wholesalesuprafootware.com on 2/5/12 and waited for about a week and this is what I received(the messages on the bellow). Its really hard to get a hold of them and they don't really reply right away. I checked my bank account soon as I saw the company name that charged me because something is telling me theres something wrong and googled the name wangwangfirm co ltd shenzhen. Soon as I found out this site was a scam I called my bank right away and canceled my card. Thank you for sharing this If I didn't see this message they coulda charged me more. They charged me $132.46 by the way.
