  • Hi there, you can get your money back, the same thing happened to me, I phoned the bank fraud dept told them I did not authorise those debits from my credit card.. they froze my credit card, and issued me with a new card. Within 3 days the money was back in my account. I bank with FNB, they are very good with this. You have to report the fraud to your bank otherwise you wont get your money back. I got a confirmation email from the bank 2 weeks later, saying that they investigated, and confirm that I did not authorise those amounts. Banks are very helpful these days. Banks are very helpful these days. Dont wait, the longer you leave it the harder it will be to get your money back.

  • same happened to me. Organa Slim is not answering your complaints and are doing nothing to help you. Go to your bank and ask them to give you a new credit card, then at least they are not able to deduct further amounts. My bank asked me to fill in a letter of dispute. I am not sure if it is helping, but they will try to get the money back.

  • Hi Liezl, I had to cancel my credit card. I eventually received OrganaCleanse which I had to pay an extra R35 at the PO. Then to my horror another R1400 was deducted from my credit card from the same people. When I called their client services in the USA, at my cost, I was told the trial starts the day the order is placed and amounts are deducted every month. He refused to stop my order so I had to cance my card so that they could no longer charge me. Absa says it is fraud as nowhere on the advert does it say that further amounts will be deducted but they do not see it that way.

  • To everyone having an issue with Organa Slim/Cleanse. I was worried and called the bank before anything happened and they gave me the correct number to cancel!
    Call (02) 9191 2796 and give them your name and email and they'll cancel everything for you immediately!
    Also, the bank said if you don't recieve your items within 1 month to contact your bank and they file a formal complaint for you!

  • Hi Renae. I actually emailed them as I couldn't get through on the phone. I found this reply this morning:-

    Greetings Ms. Janine,
    Thank you for contacting customer care.
    This email is a confirmation that your Organa Cleanse account and Organa Slim account has been canceled per your request. There will be no further charges. Thank you for your interest in our product. Please let us know if we can be of service to you in the future.
