- I contacted GenerationX Marketing on 1/09/2012 and after reiterations on their part that it was well stated in the agreement and that I had been approved and should accept the loan-THEY mailed a check for the amt.

- i had the exact thing happen to me. $30 from the same company! tried to by groceries for my family w the little bit of money i had, and was denied. checked my account on my pc, and found this charge. no idea how they were able to do this. absolutely terrible :(

- Same experience with my tonight Torra! What a shock to see that on my statement from "money management systems"...yha, "take your money without permission scammers" is most correct. Sorry it happened to you too!

- Thank You all for your information! Same thing happened with me tonight. They are listed under "money management systems" on the check, and they bank at Regional bank. I am making my call to Teresa tomorrow. Thanks for that tip! :) What a bunch of low life's.

- I called in today very furious and upset. The first rep that I spoke with told me that I could not get my money back and I went off. I spoke with my bank, which I also work for them, and they are willing to work with me and I have to file a claim for the check. I called back to the scam company and spoke with another rep. I had her cancel everything that they had of mine because I don't want my information no longer associated with them. If you ever applied for a loan online be very careful and read the fine print. Apparently I did apply for a loan back in December and a bunch of adds popped up. There is a $30 app fee for applying, but I do not recall seeing anything from Gen X Marketing Group. They even got my account number for a checking acct that I dont even use online. Scary and for now on be careful!

- have anyone gotten their money back from Gen X Marketing, if so what number should you call, because I called the number they have on this check they wrote 877-820-8719 and this Angela said I applied for a loan which I did not just went on line applying as usual and this is what I got and she said they will not put my money back, only they will cancel me. If you know of another number please let me know.

- this morning got in check my bank account this company took 30.00 from my account and had 3 checks to bounce and now I have overdrawn of 84.00. I am sick and tried of these companies going into your account and getting money like it's theirs and expect not to be reported. Things need to happen to preditor lending - I don't even know who they are and have not even talked with them.

- The same thing happened to me the other day. I looked at my checking account and someone I got hit with a 35 dollar overdraft fee for a $30 dollar "authorized check" that I supposedly wrote to this "company" costing me $65 dollars for nothing? Ya, ok. These people barked up the wrong tree. Im going to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else ever again. They will be in touch with my lawyer... Gonna take them for everything they have....
