Your credit card was re-charged because your one year subscription for your product updates/upgrades had expired and your order was set on automatic renewal. Before the renewal charge was applied we had notified you about it several times by email.     Im surprised to hear that you have not received a reply can you please check your spambox or post the support ticket number (begins with LTK on confirmation reply you get from us) Also here are the instructions for the serial number http://www.uniblue.com/support/faq/serial-number-invalid/ as we have several products it might be that you are inserting the right serial number into the wrong product.
