  • Are they not even in an UGG box?! Mine r a Christmas present for my poor mum who is still waiting?! R they genuine UGGS even?! Someone is e-mailing me an I have a tracking number. They r comin from Kuala lumper!!! I don't no if I should buy another pair from a decent website?! Thank u for letting me no u received something.

  • I have had a problem with my boots not turning up!! Who did you complain to? I can not find any contact information on the website? I ordered my boots on the 7th December so it may be that there is a problem with delivery.
    Who took your money? i paid to fashion pay!!! It was beauty rooms which came up on my bank statement.
    Sorry for all the questions. I hope i am as lucky as you.

  • well i have searched around for who owns the site i bought the boots from and got the e-mail, so when i sent an e-mail to the address it came back, so obviously a fake site, so reported it to whois who now are looking into it to get a contact number

  • SNAP me too. I ordered 2 pairs of boots for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered them on the 26th November, my payment cleared on the 28th for £110
    I've had no boots and no answers to my numerous emails.
    I am totally gutted as these were my daughters main Christmas present and now I'm a 110 quid down and I have no boots.
    Robbing Chinese bastards!
