  • So an update on my order. After much jousting back and forth through email with Elaine she finally offered that I receive the full refund on the first order and an $80 on the second AND I keep the jersey and do not send it back because of the fees involved. I agreed since this was the best offer she had given. I just received the $80 refund and international transaction fee today and am still waiting on the full refund. All in all, like many other people feel on here this company has a terrible platform for selling jerseys and pretty poor customer service BUT they are not a scam and they do work with you. It just takes a lot of time and patience.

  • I am not giving this company credit. I just wanted other people to know that I received my jersey. I thought I had gotten scammed and was preparing to go through my bank to get my money back. So, yes, i was excited to know it had come in. That being said, I had ordered what I thought was an Authentic Replica jersey. For the price, I knew it wasn't an Authentic Game jersey. What I received was an Authentic game jersey knock-off. In my opinion, the knock-off is of better quality than the replica. The main difference being the sewn on numbers and name, as opposed to the silk screened version of the replica. I don't have an Authentic Game jersey to compare it to, so I can't speak for that, but do have numerous authentic replicas. But, after research, it's easy to tell the difference between a real jersey and a knock-off. The knock-off has shiny numbers, that look to be reflective. The stiching on the numbers and name is very thick. The NFL Players tag on the bottom left, is also incorrect. The player is white in a red square. The player should be multi-colored in a red square. The NFL logo on the v-neck is not centered.
    All that being said, I am happy I got my jersey and satisfied for the quality, considering what I paid for it ($200+ for a jersey is crazy). Still, last time I order something from an online retailer I am not familiar with.

  • You got a "nicer" jersey but its not authentic. I went through the same thing and I realized after lots of research they are knock off's...Still pretty good quality but 99% sure its not NFL official, they did a really good job re making it. The rebook symbol is not right, the threads are all touching in the middle of the symbol and its distorted, very close to a authentic Jersey, I'm sure you will still be happy with it but DON'T give THIS company any credit.

  • I too ordered a jersey on December 16 and after a few days I started sending the company emails requesting the status. To date I have not received response... But good news I just got my jersey... I had ordered a replica and actually received the nicer one with the numbers stitched.. Poor customer service, but they made it up by sending the nicer jersey.. Im happy!! Just wanted to let you know that there is still hope. :)

    I received my jersey I ordered from this site, however, I ordered a Tim Tebow and they sent me Von Miller. If you are still looking for a Von Miller I am looking to sell it because I doubt I can complete any returns with this company. It is a triple stitched authentic jersey (not screen print) Orange in an XL-- tags still on. If you are still interested or haven't bought one, reply to this so I can get in touch with you.

  • That sucks Draeray that after all that they sent you the wrong jersey! Ugh!

    A suggestion- do you ever get on the "unofficial" Denver broncos message board www.orangemane.com ? My husband's been a member on the site for several years, and there's a ton of people on the board. He suggests there might be someone on the board who would maybe trade a Tebow jersey for your Von Miller, since the Miller is harder to get.

    Just an idea, because trying to get an exchange from that company in China might be a new nightmare.

  • ****UPDATE****

    I guess I was too excited to post about my jersey that I finally received. I just opened it (although I knew it was a stitched jersey and not a replica) they sent me the wrong jersey. I ordered Tim Tebow and received Von Miller. I have contacted them to see how to correct this but after the lack of customer service I am not sure I will now ever get what I paid for!

    I guess I'll just hang out and wait for a response if I ever receive one as to how to get the correct jersey.
