    You need to understand that AJ RICHIES IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF ANY PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Such as Nikon, Cannon, etc. They are resellers, which is why they play the game they play with customers. They take your money, then try to find the product you ordered from anywhere they can find it, usually a refurbished or returned product or maybe even Craig's list and eBay. Then they buy it for less than you paid and ship it to you, maybe, then the return, refund game starts. My objective is to not only get my money back, but to get their website shutdown.

  • That is what they do, tell you the order cannot be cancelled but they cannot provide you a tracking number. If they indeed told you to write a good review to get your refund, that is against the law and you need to file on them with the Attorney General's office in New York. This can be done on line.

  • Hello Gary, welcome to the world of being scammed by AJ Richies. They are doing this to multiple customers. I have experienced the same thing about being ignored on phone calls, lied to, cheated out of my money. These people have no morals or scrupples. They lie, cheat and steal from everybody. I went on line to the Attorney General's office for the state of New York and filed a formal complanint against them. I sugguest you and anyone else reading this report do the same thing.

  • I have no idea how they stay in business. I went on line to the New York Attorney General office and filed a complaint against them, included full details and a copy of my receipt. I have called multiple times today to either be hung up on or put on hold. I was on hold at one time for 90 minutes, finally so guy answered and said "didn't you call here earlier today?" When I said yes, he took my number and said someone would call me back today. HA! That was done just to keep me from calling them and tying up their 888 number from getting more calls so they can rip off more people. If you want to get them as upset as you are, call, call, call and have your friends, neighbors, and any one else call, call, call.I have several business lines with call waiting,so I call a bunch of times at once just to tie up their lines. It works, because they got mad at me and told me to quit calling and "jamming up their phone lines".

  • this so called company is doing this type of thing to lots of us, my case is simular, I am getting ripped off also and have encounter the same rude jerk, Zak is his name depending on what day of the week it is, he also goes by Lance, Jim and George. AJ RICHIES IS A TOTAL SCAM AND A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM AJ RICHIES!!!!!!

  • Dont feel bad same experience here. I have all my lenses etc from other sellers (thank christ I did not buy them from AJ Richies). I got my Nikon D600 from them today that was 'NEW' and its second hand with scratches, even Nikon confirmed that it was sold by them last Octoebr to B&H photo. Also I ordered extended life batteries and they sent me cheap crap alternatvies and are refusing to give back the money or take the goods back. Just talk to your credit card company and lodge a claim with the fraud department, they will take care of it, mine are. I hope AJ Richies go bankrupt.
