Your cost should be clearly stated up on the top.... When was the last time anyone read a software agreement prior to installing... Their charges for the software are not in the terms and condition section they are on the top lines and clear.
As RegalCigs posted: "Our Terms and Conditions are very clear." YOU JUST DIDN'T READ THEM!!! Especially #3 and #4.
You "did not" read the Terms & Conditions. 1) They very clearly state that the "free trial" is 14 days (INCLUDING shipping time: e.g.: If you placed your order on the 1st and it took a week to get it to you, then you only have 7 days to evaluate the product).
2) If you don't like it, you have to call within the "trial period" to get a RMA from them and you have to ship the kit back.
This is clearly stated in section 3 and 4 of the Terms & Conditions.
To everyone reading this: NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT FULLY READING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FIRST!
