  • Hey anonymous, Obviously you are from the company. I just went through this yesterday with your company. You should not be charging anything first of all before you sent out information on what you exactly are going to do. Regardless if one of your reps explained it. You ARE a SCAM, because after numerous phone messages from your company, I finally decided to pick up the phone. The first representative told me there is NO FEE, and when I agreed I was transferred to another person who went on his rant and manipulated words to make it seem you are not charged your fee for $599 that it would come out of "your savings", in actuality you do pay the fee out of your pocket. The you are transferred again for voice recognition, they don't say it is to charge your card. I asked if I could cancel and I was told I had 3 days, because I did say I didn't want to do anything until I spoke to my husband or read over the paperwork. I was told I would get an email and never did but my card was charged. Thankfully chase is the best because as soon as you did the charge, they red flagged it as suspicious. I was calling them as they were calling me. I wanted to ask them about your so called service and even they said it is a scam. We don't need companies to reduce our interest rates, we can do it ourselves. You pray on people who are in debt. They put a hold on my account and they said if you didn't approve the cancellation that they would cancel it for me. Your voice recording for approval means nothing. Since when does a company have the right to charge your card before you get any paperwork? Your so called job is not started until you receive the paperwork back. SCAM SCAM SCAM! I am reporting you to all the federal companies possible. GET A REAL JOB!

  • First, I would like to say, sometimes it is hard for individuals to get the help they need on their credit card accounts, and there are companies that will honestly help those who need it. Second, to Anonymous, if you aren't fraudulent and not a scam, why do you feel the need to be Anonymous? Lastly, you do give a voice recording but most of the time the entire conversation is not recorded, only the part where you verify your card information, if you ask any questions during that time about whether your card will be charge, the recording will disconnect because there is not enough time, so please if you are recorded ask to here your recording. I can tell you from first hand experience with this company, Associated Accounting of Florida, aka Associated Specialist, that there are plenty of issues going on and I speak with their clients on a regular basis to let them know how to get their money back and to actually do the work for them, after they have told me they have been scammed. Please if this company calls you, do not give them your credit card information until you review the following. You will speak with several people there, these are just a few(keep in mind they will even change their names so that you will give them money: Jason Page, part owner(aka Jason Smith) http://casesearch.stlucieclerk.com/PublicSearch/SearchCase.aspx?caseID=59XuRDeP4gY=&CaseType=CF..... his brother Ryan Page part owner http://casesearch.stlucieclerk.com/PublicSearch/SearchCase.aspx?caseID=0jn42pskZQM=&CaseType=CF..... people that have access to all of your credit card information and claim to be financial planners but have never even worked in a financial environment Laura Patterson, hired to keep you going around and around until you can't get your money back from your credit card company http://casesearch.stlucieclerk.com/PublicSearch/SearchCase.aspx?caseID=6ldA9/uJ74M=&CaseType=CF...... Renee Simpson http://casesearch.stlucieclerk.com/PublicSearch/SearchCase.aspx?caseID=rxfc7fbmgSs=&CaseType=CF..... Barbara Harris http://casesearch.stlucieclerk.com/PublicSearch/SearchCase.aspx?caseID=EzdneAS/FfU=&CaseType=CF......
