  • I wish to update that CGBilling has already credited back the US69.95 to my credit card a/c.

    Event history for your reference:-
    12/12 - amount debited by downloadprovider.me without my consent
    16/12 - i first found out about this when checking my credit card statement, and I wrote to CGBilling immediately
    18/12 - i got the reply of CGBilling that they will arrange refund
    18/12 - today when i check again the credit card a/c, i saw that the refund was made dated 18/12

    Thank you so much for the prompt action taken and good performance.

    EVERYONE WHO IS READING, please DO NOT sign up or pay trial membership at downloadprovider.me website which is the root cause of the problem...

    It would appear that you signed up for a free trial on a website that unless cancelled would convert into a full membership at the expiration of the trial if the trial account was not cancelled before that time. This information would have been available to you on the payment form as you signed up.

  • CG Billing DOES take your money without your permission! Then you email them and call them like ^ "The CG Billing Team" is stating and you can't get a hold of anybody!!!
    I've emailed - no response.
    I've called only to sit on hold for 1 1/2 hours!! Once I got to "the next customer in line to speak with a representative" I got bumped back to #7 EVERY TIME! This is CRAP!!!
    Due to this activity ON Christmas Day my entire account was shut down. (all banks were closed until Tuesday) I couldn't use my debit card, nothing! I had to update my account with a new number.
    My bank suggested I go into a branch a fill out a complaint to get my money back and to stop these scumbags can't steal any more money from me.

  • CG Billing is fraud! I had a $60 charge to my account as well without permission.
    I have emailed them - No response.
    I have called them - just to be on hold for 1 1/2 hours - once I got to the "next customer in line to speak with a representative" it bumped me back to #7 in line EVERY TIME!

    My bank has told me to go to a branch and fill out a form in order to receive my money back and to block these scumbags from stealing anymore of my money!
    I don't even know who these people are and have never heard of them. They hacked me on Christmas Day, a Sunday so everywhere was closed. A fraud place closed own my entire bank account. I couldn't use my debit card or anything! Banks were closed on Monday as well due to a holiday. This has been the biggest pain!

    CG Billing does not do unauthorized payments. We are a third party processor for thousands of internet merchants. Chances are you, or someone with access to your credit cards has purchased a subscription on a website for which we process the payments.

    Rather than assuming this is fraudulent, which it is not, please contact CG Billing's customer support directly, and we can tell you what this payment is for, as well as cancel the subscription should you wish.

  • woke up this am and found an unauthorized charge on my checking account, that I did not authorize showing up as "cg billing or cgbilling.com. I have no idea who put this charge thru to my account, and it caused my rent check to bounce. CG billing or CGbilling.com is a company that allows other businesses to put their sales charges thru their system... THUS - You will see cg billing reps writing in and responding to numerous scam and complaints websites to try and say they will take care of it. The problem is, cgbilling KNOWS that this is happening, and they are not requiring their merchants/business partners to follow any particular rules THAT WILL PREVENT THIS from happening all the time with us consumers. It's convenient for CG billing and their merchants to process these charges, and they hope that most people would not see them show up on their bank statements. This way only a small portion of charges are ever reversed. ON the consumer side, I called my bank about this and they agreed that this was a scam and their fraud department would take care of it and refund my money back into my account. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS: The bank said it would take up to 10 days for the credit to come back to me (mind you this is MY bank where the charge went through) and I am out the money while my other important expenses aren't paid and my rent check is returned. CG billing and their merchants have a wonderful thing going on here, where they immediately get our money without our knowledge until after the fact, and we have to fight the issue and get our money back much later, if we catch these errors. It's ridiculous that cg billing is having to assign someone to reply to these complaint messages and claim they are not at fault as it's the individual merchant that caused all of this. Again, cg billing is RESPONSIBLE for HOW their merchants can and cannot process their charges through them. They need to be held responsible and I hope that ALL of the 50 states in the US will complain and start some lawsuits.   • Nov 25, My bank contacted CGBilling Netcash and they flat out denied a refund. What do I have to do to get my money back from these guys? CGBilling points the finger at Netcash and Netcash points it back. How convenient for Netcash that I don't know what sites were cross sold to me. As a result, I cannot terminate the subscriptions on their website. I was promised a refund, but have yet to see a single cent of my money returned to me. These guys are crooks.

    1. My inability to get through after being on hold for hours?
    2. Your listed number for U.S. based transactions is unallocated?
    3. Your website states that my credit card or email has not been used for any purchases even though my bank statement clearly shows withdrawals from cgbilling.com netcash.
