12/12 - amount debited by downloadprovider.me without my consent
16/12 - i first found out about this when checking my credit card statement, and I wrote to CGBilling immediately
18/12 - i got the reply of CGBilling that they will arrange refund
18/12 - today when i check again the credit card a/c, i saw that the refund was made dated 18/12

It would appear that you signed up for a free trial on a website that unless cancelled would convert into a full membership at the expiration of the trial if the trial account was not cancelled before that time. This information would have been available to you on the payment form as you signed up.

I've emailed - no response.
I've called only to sit on hold for 1 1/2 hours!! Once I got to "the next customer in line to speak with a representative" I got bumped back to #7 EVERY TIME! This is CRAP!!!
Due to this activity ON Christmas Day my entire account was shut down. (all banks were closed until Tuesday) I couldn't use my debit card, nothing! I had to update my account with a new number.
My bank suggested I go into a branch a fill out a complaint to get my money back and to stop these scumbags can't steal any more money from me.
I've emailed - no response.

I don't even know who these people are and have never heard of them. They hacked me on Christmas Day, a Sunday so everywhere was closed. A fraud place closed own my entire bank account. I couldn't use my debit card or anything! Banks were closed on Monday as well due to a holiday. This has been the biggest pain!
CG Billing does not do unauthorized payments. We are a third party processor for thousands of internet merchants. Chances are you, or someone with access to your credit cards has purchased a subscription on a website for which we process the payments.
Rather than assuming this is fraudulent, which it is not, please contact CG Billing's customer support directly, and we can tell you what this payment is for, as well as cancel the subscription should you wish.
