  • Hi the same thing happened to my mum last week please try this email address [email protected] we successfully got through to this company and had a response from them.. We found the email address for them by sheer accident.... They replied saying that her monthly subscription of £74.95 had been cancelled naturally we have kept the email on file!!!! Also if you paid by credit card you are protected againt eroneous transfers so spk with ur bank... One tip is this.. if u only do internet banking the staff in the bank will not help you have to speak to the banks head office.. If you paid by debit card advise the bank that u want to cancel that particular card and have a new one sent this way those scammers will not be able to debit anymore funds from ur account.. I hope this works for you as it did for us... Jay

  • Hi please try this email address [email protected] my mum and I managed to contact this scam and had a reply stating that the monthly memebership for her has been cancelled. Actually had a response and we also cancelled mums card with the bank after a lot of aggrevation with the bank.. Big tip is ..... if you do online banking that is the only way to cancel your card and have a new one issued.. if you go intl the branch of the bank and only do internet banking the bank won't adivse you that this is what you need to do.... I got really mad with her bank over the phone and as a result the card was cancelled and a new one sent out in 2 days!!! Nobody seems to want to help theses days... We are grateful that mums has been dealt with and that she recieved confirmation that her supposed membership to agios was in actual fact cancelled... And if you fight your bank hard enough you will get it refunded because it is classed as an eronious debit!!!! Please fight it and if it was from your credit card you are covered by the bank for fraudualant debits anyway... Hope this helps you and that the email address is still current.. We dealt with it last week and got a response, so am praying you do too.. Jay

  • call this number 08081683684 or 08081787320 and demand your money back plus demand cancel the contract ( which they say you have agreed to by purchasing the trials)make sure they send you an email confirmation of the cancellation contact your bank/credit card provider and report a disputed transaction to stop any further transation which do follow. hope this helps as this is a scam and most credit card companies are aware of them, total false advertising.
