  • In ref to www.bestdiscountboots.com, I emailed [email protected] which is an email associated with this business. I two prompt responses apolgizing for my order. They agreed to refund up to $75 if I return the item, which will cost well over $100. If i decided not to return the item, I was told to keep the item and they would return $30. They said it would take 30 days to post to my account and wanted me to follow-up with an email when I received it. I'll attempt to post the email response today. Hope this helps.

  • I just made a complaint today after I couldn't get in touch with the company or shipping complany, but when I got home I had a note from the post office to pick up my package. I went and they did have what I ordered, so don't give up hope. I still think it is a little shady and I won't order from them again and will be more careful where I order from.
