I would like to cancel my account. I have a job and no longer need this service. Please stop charging my charge card $34. 95 immediately. Did not know this was going to be a monthly charge when i signed up for the trial run last year. Thank you.

We are very clear that when you subscribe there is an auto-renewing feature, but you can cancel anytime and if you don’t cancel your subscription, we will bill you at the monthly rate of $34.95. We state this feature on your payment confirmation page and again give you this information when we send you your payment confirmation to the e-mail address that you use when you signed up.
Clicking a “NO” button every time a $ 34.95 will show up is never an option for you to cancel your subscription, but we make cancellation really easy as we give you multiple ways to cancel your subscription: By calling our customer service number at 1-888-816-0576, 17 hours a day, 7 days a week; by live chat, by e-mail at [email protected], or you can even go to our website, where there is a self-cancellation feature under the “My Account” section.
