My name is Gary and I work in the customer care department for MatureFreeAndSingle.com. I am very sorry that you have had a bad experience on MatureFreeAndSingle.com, however I have looked into your account on MFS.com and I can see you have already been in touch with the customer care team.
Our Payments page has the 6 month package as the default option, however it does allow you to change to the one month package should you wish too (this is charged at £29.95 per month). Because you have not changed the option, and then used the benefits of becoming a paid subscriber before reporting the issue to the customer care team. This is our compnay policy however if you wish to talk to our customer care team about your membership please feel free to email us on [email protected] and mention my name, and your user ID in the email and I am sure we can offer you something for the future.

I am in same situation, I have lodged a dispute with my bank to get this cancelled.I have paid three months but only asked for 1 month access.I cannot get any proper response from the support either.I will post a complaint in hellopeter as well.I hope that they get busted.
