- I've just had exactly the same thing from a popup on Facebook. Took part in a survey for older women, and I matched the criteria. When I phoned up the company, I had a lady tell me that they never offer free trials (er... wrong!!) and I have now sent back the item, but they say that as I didn't quote a RMA number (have no idea what that is)they can't refund my £89.96 that they took from my bank account. Has anybody managed to get money back from them???
