I found this post looking for information regarding the same problem. I purchased a book and to get my book I had to fill out what I thought was a survey of magazines I liked. Well, three months later I am getting slammed with charges for something I did not order and although they tell me I signed up for a three month trial (I did Not!). In that three month time I did not get any of the mags they claimed I was getting.
This is fraud cut and dry and Newsmax is the scum of the marketing world, if you don't believe that then look at one of its contributing editors (Rush Limbaugh, the biggest pig this side of eternity!).
Today is the last day for the refund on my first scam purchase but I doubt it comes through. Entities like this will do everything in their power to keep what they stole!
