  • I had the same problem buying the loom kit from them. You need to report them to the attorney general, the BBB and anyone else you can think of. They are the most horrible company to deal with. Also, go to Rainbow Loom's official website and read about counterfeit looms...you can also report them there!!

  • I had the same issue with this company. Sent over 50 emails, numerous calls, and the one time they called I just happened to be out to lunch. I tried calling back but every time it either hung up automatically or some automated message came on. I then contacted the BBB about them. I finally got a refund, after the accused me of sending "abusive emails in cap locks". I even provided a copy of the emails to the BBB showing exactly what was said. Which basically was I wanted a refund. I would start there. Good luck!

  • I have contacted the BBB about this company. They finally responded today and of course made excuses, used lies in the response and ultimately blamed me for the terrible and fraudulent business practices. I hadn't thought of contacting the Attorney General, but I'm definitely going to now. I wish you luck!

  • Yesterday I tried calling their customer service phone # and after I had completely explained my problem to the lady, she said we had a bad connection and hung up on me. When I called back, they had switched over to their third party answering service and I have not received a call back yet. Today I posted on their Facebook page about my problem and within 30 minutes they had blocked me from any more posting.
