  • Hi, I'm not sure who the "glib character" is you're referring to but our company always offers a full refund on any items ordered that the customer later decides they don't want. We mail all of our invoice because there's no reason to send them any other way ( I think most companies would agree). We also NEVER offer ANY samples EVER. I'm sorry but a site that offers a platform for unsatisfied customers to rant and slander company's who have been in business for 22 years with thousands of satisfied customers is not a site I would trust for company profiles.

  • Hi, Michael seebold I see that you have commented on you being unsatisfied when we offered to pick up the order (at no charge to you) which you say you didn't even have when we faxed you a ups proof of delivery. I also see you didn't tell everyone how you screamed and yelled at the top of your lungs, cursing and threatening my life. Then after you realized you were wrong because you found the package you swore you didn't have you called back numerous times to tell me you found the box but there was nothing in it. How convenient for you. I think we should be the one on here telling everyone how you ordered a product from our company and later when your boss questioned you about it you decide to lie and say we sent an order out without you knowing, once again how convenient for you. Well after all of this our company decided to drop the matter and not pursue it further in hopes of closing this matter.

  • Hi, this is chad the salesman from palace industries. I'm sorry but this one had me laughing. We always offer a full refund on any items ordered that someone decides later they don't want nor would I EVER curse at a customer. Why would the company I work for want this hassle over a $500 order plus the person writing this is not the person who ordered the product. It's sad that this site gives a platform for unsatisfied customers to rant and slander a company who has been in business for over 22 years with thousands of satisfied customers!!

  • Hi, my name is chad and I'm the above mentioned salesman at palace industries. I would like to say that our company NEVER offers SAMPLES nor do we mention the word samples when we call potential customers. We always ask for a purchase order number when someone places an order. We have been in business for 22 years and have sent out over 50,000 orders also if we ever have an issue with an order we offer a full refund and/or pick up the item with no charge to the customer. I find it unsettling when I see a few unsatisfied customers slandering our company when we pride ourself on customer satisfaction.
