Just an update I finally got a response from Avobuy but not what I was hoping for they sent me an refund through Chase an Email transfer to my bank account the problem is live in Canada and right on the Email I got said both partys must have a US bank account sort of an issue when I live in Canada. So I called Chase and asked them if there is any way I can recieve the refund through them they said no and that if this was a refund from a company it sounded a little shady. I then Emailed Avobuy back telling them this was usless and I could not recieve my refund this way they mailed be back saying they had tryed several times to refund my credit card with no success. So this was thier only option of refunding my money. I then called my credit card company and discused the whole situation about this company the told me no attempts were ever made to refund money back to my card. I then Emailed Avobuy back again and gave them the phone number of my credit card company and told them to call them that they were aware of the situation and would make sure the refund happened or option be send me a certified cheque in the mail still no reply all they did was resend the Chase add stating to click here to recieve my refund but this time deleted the part right after that said you had to nhave a US bank account lol these guys are so dirty I need a shower they will do everything and anything to stall as long as possible to take any legitimate action to return your money good scam the longer they have it the more time they have to leverage it and make profit off it that is if you ever get it back :P
I guess, Usually international shipments take a lot of time, so a minimum of one week is a reasonable kind, and they shall able to provide all shipping options, and they should place ads only for those items in stock, and time of delivery must be fast enough, only then everyone can safely believe and will lead any other shopping sites like amazon.
I requested for the refund on the same day, 12/19. I got an email reply on 12/20 saying 7 to 10 business days required for the refund, (not sure why this much late) I will update again once I receive the refund.
