- me, too. They took the payment the day it was shipped. paid to HM-Support on my visa card. The bank have been very helpful and are changing the card. Something similar happened a year ago. I was able to cancel and had no trouble for 10 months. Same company. They obviously kept my details and tried again! Cheeky! perhaps they thought I wouldn't notice. Anyway, check for HM-Support, a payment of around £25-£28. I will also be contacting Which? next week for more advice.
