  • Sorry to hear about what happened...I got scammed as well. I would report them at www.IC3.gov which will generate a report to your local law enforcement agency. I would also write to Manta.com, shopmania.com, thefind.com etc and let them know they are allowing a fraud to happen as these scam artist have tricked these sites into giving Casiteki an apperance of being legitimate and pointing folks to this bogus site. Again, sorry to hear about what happened. Andrew

  • Hi, sorry to hear about the camera. They got me for 1040.00. I have notified lawenforcement at www.IC3.gov to report them. Amazon can't help unless lawenforcement contacts them. I also contacted Manta.com to report this scam with the fake positive feedbacks telling them the number listed for Casiteki has not been assigned and is aiding the scam. Good luck to you but the prospects are bleak getting any money back.

  • Also you are conducting an investigation or you're a client? That's not yet quite clear so please state your actual relation in reporting this company?
    How can we be sure that your review is legit? Many other people ordered and got their items, even have videos posted about this.
    I am much more inclined to believe the video reviews than your post.
