  • You aren't alone! I'm glad you got all your money back! I'm glad I was only charged once before I found out (though I was not refunded)! I ABSOLUTELY agree that it should be made clear when people sign up to the site that they will be charged a monthly fee. You're right! It was buried in the terms and conditions, and they play on the fact that they KNOW many people don't read the T&C! Deceptive and shady!

  • **sigh** Another complaint from someone who signed up for a monthly club, didn't read the terms and conditions that were clearly spelled out, and is now having a tantrum because the company is doing what it said it would if she signed up. Folks, don't put your credit card out there and not read what you are getting for it. Thousands of happy shoe buying customers from Just Fab prove it is a great company.

  • Do not buy from JustFab.com. This company is a scam. I saw their advertisement from my email and tempted to buy the shoes. Only after made my purchase I was being told my friends to be careful of this company because they have heard about this company. So after I received my shoes, I immediately cancelled my membership. Yet they kept on trying to persuade me to keep the membership and they can waived a month for me. I was tempted at first, but later, I decided to called them back and cancelled my monthly membership. Later I realized that they skip one month and charge me two more months later knowing that I will likely not looking at my statements. I contacted them to request for refund of my monthly charges and they kept on saying that they are unable to do so because they don't have a record to prove that I did in fact contacted them to make that cancelation. This company is definitely a scam!!! They should be brought up to the consumer affair and someone has to stop them. Someone need to sue them!!! They need to be shut down. For those who work for them, they must have no moral instinct. Well, worse things will come back at them for working for a company like this one.
    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
    THEY SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!

  • melinda is absolutely right. after you sign up it tells you that if you do not want your bank account to be charged the 40$ then between the 1st-5th of each month you have to skip that said month. all it says is that you need to log in once a month to skip, that's it. i forgot to skip the month, was charged the 40 dollars and was just given 1 credit. but i was able to dispute it with my bank and got my money back. it is your own fault for not reading everything. and i'm sorry but also stupid.

  • I received a letter with my first pair of shoes, detailing exactly how the membership works. It laid out all my options and warned me about the $39.95 fee even if I didn't get anything, unless I chose to skip that month. I love what I have gotten so far and I agree, people just aren't reading the agreements. That's not a SCAM, that is people being SILLY.

  • With any site that asks for your card number you should read the terms and conditions especially when there is a "great deal" or if you see the word "membership" the terms and conditions read clearly state how they work, the moment you checked that agreement box and purchased that first pair of shoes without reading the terms and agreement you signed up. I keep reading the same complaint but when I went to the site all the rules were clear and upfront. Hope things worked out for you.
