  • I have a differnet opinion to share here. The technicians at ITechLine are courteous and above all knowledgable. They are fully aware of what they have to do. The best part is that the techies are polite and above all knowledgable.

    I am using their services for the past 3 months and will renew it as well. I recommend their services to one and all.

  • Hello dp4924,
    I just had the same thing happen to me today. Please read my complaint of 10/30/2013. I have done everything to try to stop them from accessing my accounts, canceled my credit card, etc. But I am still worried about what they may have done while having remote access to my computer. I, too, feel SO STUPID for falling for this scare tactic! I have gone 52 years without being taken advantage of. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you. ~ Lisa

  • Hi Sharon, I just had the same thing happen to me TODAY, October 30. Was wondering if your computer was compromised in any way by them going in remotely like they did to me, too. That is my concern. I also think I may have stopped them from charging the $199.99. Or if you did anything else that I should do. I am so mad at myself!
