  • Hi, You should try to get a refund from the Company first by phoning or emailing Customer Services. You should tell them you want to cancel and get a cancellation number if you have any products to return. If you return the products, you need to write the cancellation number on the outside of the parcel and return it with a tracking number. The company will not refund any money if there's no tracking number. They will also try to skim another £20 off the refund for restocking reasons. Object to it. If you have no success with the company, you can ring up your credit card company, if you paid by cc. and say you have a legal right to complain via the Consumer Credit act section 75. You should ask for a form from them. They may give you a refund as you have lost more than £100. Tell them on the form only you did not agree to a subscription to order more items. Good luck!

  • Hi, as you have paid over £100 by credit card, you can phone your credit card company and tell them it is your legal right to get redress via the Consumer Credit Act section 75 and you need a form to claim. When you claim, tell them that you did not tick a box agreeing to the RTVL's terms and conditions which are on a separate page on the website, so they should not have subscribed you in their scheme. If RTVL asked you to return their unused products, return them with a tracking number and write their cancellation number on the outside of the parcel. They will want to skim another £20 off the refund, but object to that. Good luck!
