  • I was very smart as I only spent (and lost) $37.50. Pall Mall non-filter for $25, plus the $7.50 shipping and $5 for Western Union. Was not sure if I would get the cigarettes and did not. The only positive feedback comes from Guobing on 3/23/2012. He is the registrant of the so called company. Go to www.whois.com and you will see the company was registered in London to wangguobing; information updated 2/18/2013. We cannot complain through courts or this site as we do not have "clean hands". We were doing something illegal.
