- Our records show that the customer signed up for the $1.00 30 day trial offer of the insoles and purchased a pair of slippers for $7.95 s/p. He was charged $8.95 for his first payment with the balance due in 30 days. We received an email from him regarding the Joint Support. He opted for the 30 day free trial and did not contact us as stipulated on our web site or in the welcome to cancel future shipments. He was asked to refuse delivery and has already been refunded for the $44.85 charge on 4/19. Thank you.
