  • They do not check the emails. They have issues shipping to Canada due to certain customs policies and a lot of times the products are detained. It is bait and switch. Keep calling them. Bug your credit card company to dispute the charges, tell them you did not receive the product and ask the company for a tracking number on the package. They will not be able to provide a valid one. Tell them you're calling your credit card company and the FTC and BBB.
