- You just say your paying your monthly payments, this is not enough info for a complaint. If your monthly interest equals the amount you are paying then your debt will never reduce you are only paying your interest fees. You need to pay an amount above your interest and any fees (late fees etc.) to reduce your debt. Is this what you have been doing? You were not specific about this point.
