  • we have been trying to cancel our so called membership to this place and are told the only way to cancel is by phone. Then the phone recording says this call cannot be made from my area.I have three phone numbers 866-629-8062, 855-978-6683, 877-687-9282 they all say the same thing. I have for months been trying to deal with this and being charged 10.00 American $(I am Canadian) for nothing. I didn't even lose weight.

  • Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions.
    Check your account statement for the merchant name that they have used to charge the fraudulent amounts, they will appear as website address's such as buyhlper.com, hightrendauctions.com, hlpsupp.com etc etc or some other random name, there are many they use to try and scam people.
    Then file a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges. Tell them you have never had any contact with the merchants on your account and insist they claim fraud on your behalf. Credit Card International Rules do allow for the reversal of fraudulent transactions.
    Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.

  • I too received an email regarding a charge on my credit card from Raspberrykeyton that I did not order. When I saw all the complaints I called my credit card company. They said they couldn't do anything until it posted but gave me a number to call 1-866-329-6467. I had to call twice as the first call was a hang up on the other end. When they answered and I questioned them about the charge she said they would credit my card and I would not get anything else from them. She gave me a confirmation # as well. I could not find the phone number BofA gave me any where on the email receipt or any place else for that matter. I suspect this may not be a number that they want published! Hope this will help.

  • Margaret, I know for sure that this product is available in health food stores. I am in Minnesota and was at my health food store for something else and I saw the exact same product for only $22.99 a bottle. They call it " The Dr. Oz shelf." I know that wasn't your point, this is just an FYI. It seems most of those " buy 3 get 2 free" deals always end up costing way more than that! So, if you are interested in the product, check your local health food store. I bet, if they don't have it, they can order it for you. Good luck.......tracy

  • Hi Marleina. Same thing happened to me. I sussed their area code through scambook. It's (from N.Z.) 001-855-978-6683. When i got hold of them and asked why my account was overcharged, they said that the bottles were already discounted and that made the other two free!!! whatever!!! After i told them that that was so untrue they offered me 40% off (which was back to the original price)Funny that!
