$7.00 more has been charged to my account. All these transfers are still processing and have not yet gone through. I called up my bank; they will issue me a new card and I can call again to have the fraudulent charges removed if they go through.

he did not have permission to do this and we cant pay rent if the money is not returned and that will be a bad christmas for both children if not returned just delete what he got with this money because i did not understand that the card was saved on file please delete off file i thought it was a one time transaction!!!!!!

we also found out that facebook charge $100. on our debit card cant find any credits on any gams here i am will someone please help me i have not even a recpit for cant find were they say to go.need the money for surgery need help rigt now annette please me 661 587 9262

We have been billed thousands of dollars by what is apparently a phony FACEBOOK ads The charges say FACEBOOK*fb.me/cc. We have been emailing back and forth with them for months and they say they are FACEBOOK but when we try registering a complaint with FACEBOOK'S online support they say they have no record of these bills. HOW CAN WE CONTACT A REAL PERSON AT FACEBOOK???

My bank was charged 10.49 and it was taken out of my bank account for some games, I would like to have it put back in my account. I did not authorize it. please call me at (Personal Information Removed) thanks wanda

ring your card holder,tell them to grab the money back.and ask to speak to the fraud department.they will offer you a new card for free.i did this 3 weeks ago.i got my money put back in to my debit card account.and a new card sent free.i gave my card details to a telephone company.to pay one month's uses.they then took another 2 payments.that is fraud.in the uk,good luck from john.in the uk

Unauthorized charge for Facebook credits from my back account today. Complaint 206961 for $104.00

I filed a complaint against FB for unauthorized charges I surprisingly found that I had no idea about. Mine totaled $965.50. And no one at FB can help me, nor can Paypal.

How can a company as big as FB continue to do this?

I had $706.00 worth of fraudulent charge from fb.me and they took forever to reimburse BECAUSE not even my bank can talk to an actual human being.

We are in the same boat!! This happened to me too, charged a second charge for a single gift!

I am disgusted at their business practice. An outright scam!!
