    I am sorry to hear that about your issues. Unfortunately, extremely cold winters like this one can drive up demand for electricity and gas and produce spikes in market prices. This means energy service companies like PALMco have to pay higher prices to the suppliers to service our customers, which is reflected in our variable rate customers' bills.     I am sorry to hear that about your issues. We at PALMco take them very seriously because quality service is our #1 priority, and I would be more than happy to help resolve them.

    Unfortunately, extremely cold winters like this one drive up demand for electricity and gas and produce spikes in market prices. This means energy supply companies like PALMco have to pay higher prices to the suppliers to service our customers, which is reflected in our variable rate customers' bills.

    PALMco does not have any contracts or cancellation fees. When a customer cancels, we notify the local utility immediately, but it can take up to 60 days to take effect as it is dependent on the local utility company’s billing cycle.
