  • All right, find all details below. Each time I contacted you and the seller I got the same answer: refund takes 180 days as a company policy. This is NOT acceptable and declared on sellers policy statements.

  • Yeah I have contacted exactly the same address you ve written. However after 50+ attempts I have clearly decided that you do not have any service staff with a hint of English Language skills. Everytime I wrote you and the company you made the transaction for asked for more money or told me that a refund would take 180 days. Is this what you call a legitimate company???? I DO NOT really...

  • I was just about to go ahead and pay for boots from this company (also after an unsolicited e-mail) when I read your complaint. I look forward to hearing how this goes for you and I really hope you get your boots, but I'm so glad I saw this in time. Was caught out in a similar way a couple of years ago by a company selling i-pods. Despite their ".co.uk" name, they were in China too. I did eventually get the i-pods, but they were counterfeit rubbish. Good luck with it all anyway.
