    I am sorry to hear that about your issues. PALMco does not have any contracts or cancellation fees, and when a customer cancels, we notify the local utility immediately. Unfortunately it can take up to 60 days to take effect as it is dependent on the local utility company’s billing cycle.

  • Hi, did you sign any contract? For us Palmco forged a signature and that is a criminal offence. File a complain to Board of Public Utilities. Ask Palmco for a contract. If you didn't sign it, get the contract, and contact me: email=(Personal Information Removed). I'm trying to gather enough people whose contracts with Palmco was forged, and with some lawyer interest, we can bring a class action and take the company down!! Don't let Palmco get away!
