My experience was similar. I ordered 4 SS and 1 Deluxe SS, which totaled $147.00. What really threw me over the edge was S&P was almost $80 dollars for a grand total of $244.62. I placed the order Sunday late night around 11pm. I noticed no option to summarize the order prior to submitting. I called the company after an exhausting search to find the company phone number at 9am the next Monday morning to cancel the order. Contact information should have been on the site. In any case, I had no problems, although the woman on the phone was quite rude explaining why S&P was so costly. I did forget to ask for a confirmation email. I will never order anything without an order summery ever again! Never order anything without contact information clearly visible. I did find Side Sockets on Amazon, but they were not in stock. The good news is that I stopped the transaction and I did not have to contact my credit card issuer to file a complaint (so far anyway).
