  • I have always liked watching Cybill before so I took a chance to grab the complete collection from jaxjade.com site. Very prompt delivery from the company. When I opened the package, I noticed that the whole set I received are not the best quality but the entire DVDs are watchable without defects. I contacted the company about the quality issue because I thought it was like an HD quality. They responded that it was a Collectors version and they offered me for a partial refund. I accepted the refund because aside from the quality issue, I have no more complaints about this whole DVD set, it was almost perfect. This set contained the entire episodes for a really very nice price. Overall, it is a nice collectors set.

  • Third Watch series would probably in my top 5 favorite series of all time. Packed with great cast and overall awesome series to watch. When I saw Jaxjade.com sells this DVD series, I ordered right away. The packaged arrived after 12 days. My problem is with the functionality, it’s not playing in my DVD player. I contacted the company to file a complaint and received their response within the day. They asked me for some information about the player I’m using which I didn’t know that the discs will not play in older DVD players like 5-6 years old. They suggested trying it in another player which I did. I had a DVD player I purchased last month, and it completely worked there. I have no more complaints with the episodes or the quality of this whole set. Now that I own the whole collection and generally I simply love this whole set, so I do recommend it. Thank you Jaxjade for the good business sense.

  • I recently purchased Columbo order from Jaxjade.com. You were right, I thought it was a fraud website but since I saw many of my favorite shows there. I took a risk and placed an order. Upon placing my order, I received a confirmation immediately. They informed me that my order was successful and I will receive the DVDs in 8-12 working days. The shipment arrived promptly. I was really happy and excited at the same time when the package arrived at my door house. I tested the DVDs to be able to see how was the quality and if there are no defects. When I count the discs, it was only 19 discs, not 25 as what has been advertised on their website. I contacted the company through email. I asked them where the missing discs are. The response from them was pretty quick. They told me to check all the discs and they assured me that the Columbo set I received has all the complete episodes. I went through all the discs and it was complete. Upon playing the discs, I must say that the quality is really good. Very clear and watchable. I would definitely recommend this website to family and friends. The company provides a great customer service.

  • hey ashley! i thought i got ripped of by this company but i tries to email them at http://www.jaxjade.com/contact.php , i received a response within the day. my shipment got delyed also for almost 3 days because they promised it will get here in Australia in just 8-12 working days. one of their reps answered my email and helped me locate the order. he found out that it got stucked in customs and they did processed a replacement shipment imeediately, they also apologised for the mishap so my issue got resolved there. why don;t you try to contact them again? i emailed them a couple of time also at first and they told me that they're sorry for the late reply because all my emails went to their spam folders. maybe that also happened in your case? you should try to contact them. in experience, they resolved my issue and delivered the product. anyway, dvds arrived in good condition with good quality.

  • I purchased “I Dream of Jeanie” from this website because this is my all-time favorite show. The shipping time was good, exactly as what’s been said to the website. The package arrived promptly.

    I was so happy when this set arrived and we were so excited to try the discs to play in our DVD player. I’m quite surprised it was not high definition as I thought so. The quality is fine but not the best. I contacted the company immediately and asked them why. They replied that it’s a collector’s fan edition as an official Studio release for this series has not been released in the market. They tried to offer me for a partial refund and I accepted it because aside from the quality issue not being perfect at all - it is watchable and the sound is clear. Also, the discs are playing. I appreciate the refund and was thankful to them because they respond to their customer. I really thought that they would ignore me like some fraud websites. Overall, they gave me full satisfaction.

  • In my opinion, jaxjade.com is a very reliable website to place orders for Classic American TV Shows fans out!. placed an order for Bonanza DVD set last month and they have provided me a great communication throughout the whole ordering process. The website is secured and I have no problem giving my credit card information because they have a secure online shopping cart. As far as the shipping of the DVDs goes, it’s very faster than I thought so and I always received a daily follow-up regarding the status of the shipment. The DVDs came in excellent condition – neat and packaging. The quality is superb and every disc I played functioned very well in DVD player. In my experience, jaxjade.com is a company that is very reliable to deal with. If they continue providing this kind of service, I will definitely be a regular customer!

  • i still decided to place an order in this site because one of their staff assured me that it's safe to order from them which is true. i haven't encountered any hidden charges from my credit card when i placed an order with them. i think they have an honest staff because all my questions are always answered promptly and in a nice way. my order arrived on time and in mint condition so no complaint about them.
