  • A follow-up on my complaint above. I shouted "fraud" to my bank, and amazingly regained access to quamm.net website a few days later, where they'd left me a message telling me they'd refunded my money, which was taken "in error". And yes, it did reappear in my credit card account. So my advice is to shout as loudly as possible to eveyone you can. NB there are about 40 other complaints about this company on this site under a different title (can't remember, but I think you put in Metasave first, or alone). All pretty much identical to these stories here..

  • Yes, be careful. I paid 4.99 for a download that I needed, which actually they never had on their list, and told them that I wanted a refund. I got answers like,"try again, and it is in there". I asked again and kept getting no help. Then I got a charge on my account for about 71.00 for a fee, after my 3 day trial period. I did cancel, but they didn't acknowledge it. It's a hidden fee they don't make clear. I called my bank and had it stopped.
