Our goal at Scambook is to preserve the integrity and authoritative nature of each complaint. Scambook will not edit or remove a complaint unless directed to do so by a Court Order.
HOWEVER, we understand that some complaints are old, outdated, resolved, or otherwise need to be updated. That is why we have created the follow up function on each post, where a user can add a follow up comment on his or her post.
In extreme circumstances when a user does not have his/her account information and needs us to edit or update their post, Scambook charges a fee to do so. This can ONLY be done if/when a user verifies that he/she is the original author of the post and has the authority to make said changes.
